Pre-order Policy

At Sognova, some sizes or products may be available for Pre-order when they are temporarily out of stock. Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order.

1. What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product or size that is currently unavailable but will be crafted or restocked soon.

2. Dispatch Timeline

* Pre-order items are generally dispatched within 10–15 business days.
* During peak seasons or due to artisan production, dispatch may take a little longer.
* If there is a significant delay, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.

3. Mixed Orders

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may ship them together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise communicated.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the pre-order item is dispatched.
After dispatch, our normal Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

5. Payment

Full payment is collected at the time of placing a pre-order to reserve your selected size.

6. Delivery

After dispatch, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and your location.
